Hey there, thank you for stopping by!

I guess I'll start with an introduction about myself.
My name is Nick Freeman, I am Irish born and raised.
I have worked in the food industry for nearly 5 years now.

I started out working the bakery section in Lidl Ireland. They were recruiting people before the launch of the Bakery and I was lucky enough to have been chose. I worked as best I could each day and always day dreamed about doing something bigger. Doing something for myself!

So I moved to Eindhoven, Took a job as a Pasta Chef in Happy Italy. I have spent from January until August working and I mean really working!  Check out the restaurant in the link below.
